Aeselex-LS Syrup is a combination medication formulated to treat coughs with mucus and respiratory congestion. It contains: Ambroxol, a mucolytic agent that thins and loosens thick mucus in the airways; Levosalbutamol, a selective β₂-agonist bronchodilator that relaxes the bronchial muscles, widening the air passages; Guaifenesin, an expectorant that helps make mucus less sticky and easier to cough out. This syrup is used in conditions such as bronchitis, asthma with mucus production, and other respiratory illnesses with chest congestion. It improves breathing, reduces cough frequency, and facilitates mucus clearance. The dosage should be as prescribed by a physician. Use with caution in patients with cardiac, hepatic, or renal disorders. Store below 30 °C and keep out of reach of children.
